Two of my roommates and I (Ed/Dennis for those of you who care) went to
Rockville on Sunday [1/21/96].
Taking the exit ramp to 495 from US1, we saw something on the sholder of
495N. A guy had stopped on the side of the road; the front end of his car
jacked up. We saw him walking toward the front of the car on the passenger
side and squat in front of the tire. In his hand, he carried a blow
torch.
Any ideas??
